Missouri enterprise: Salesforce Road Map & managed Services
Missouri Enterprise is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting small and medium-sized manufacturers in Missouri. They recognized the need to enhance their Salesforce organization to improve project and opportunity management and future-proof their environment. They partnered with us and Gray Wizard Labs to develop a comprehensive Salesforce roadmap.
Their primary goals included streamlining project tracking, improving opportunity management, and ensuring their Salesforce instance could scale to meet future demands. Through a series of discovery sessions, we worked with Missouri Enterprise to understand their specific needs and challenges.
